Our free and paid services are intended exclusively for genuine homestay owners and operators.
By submitting an application, you confirm that you own or manage a valid homestay property.
We may require verification, such as Google Business Listings, registration documents, or other proof of ownership, before granting access.
Access to services is subject to our sole discretion, and we reserve the right to approve or reject applications without explanation.
Free access to Automation and Social Planner features is granted only after manual verification and approval by our team.
Account credentials will be shared with you via email after approval, typically within 24–48 hours.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
By using our services, you agree to:
Use the platform only for managing your own homestay property and related activities.
Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information during registration and usage.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your region.
You must not:
Share or resell your free access account to third parties.
Use the services for unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent purposes.
Upload, share, or transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.
The free services provided (Automation and Social Planner) are offered as a discretionary benefit by Dizibook Softwares.
While we strive to provide uninterrupted access, we do not guarantee that the services will be available at all times.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues.
Free access is subject to our discretion and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time, with or without notice.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close accounts if:
The information provided during application is false, misleading, or unverifiable.
The services are misused, abused, or used for purposes other than managing homestay operations.
The account is inactive for an extended period of time.
We may also update, enhance, or remove features from the free or paid services without liability.
All content, branding, software, and materials provided under Dizibook Softwares remain our exclusive intellectual property.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the services for your personal business purposes only.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of any part of our platform without prior written consent.
While free access covers limited features, additional services such as Dizibook PMS, Social Media Advertising, and AI Agent tools are available under paid plans.
Payment terms, subscription fees, and applicable taxes will be clearly communicated before you choose to upgrade.
All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed billing cycle.
Non-payment or failed transactions may result in suspension of paid services until dues are cleared.
Our services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
Dizibook Softwares does not guarantee that the services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet all user expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Loss of profits, bookings, or business opportunities.
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data by third parties.
By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dizibook Softwares, its employees, affiliates, and partners against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
Your violation of these Terms.
Misuse of the free or paid services.
Content or information you provide that infringes on third-party rights.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from these Terms or your use of our services, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through written communication.
If resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India).
The arbitration shall take place in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Subject to the arbitration clause above, courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
